WE'RE HIRING

Senior Team Member

Reifsteck Wakefield Fanning & Company (RWF) is looking for a creative and motivated Senior Architectural Team Member! This is a full-time on-site role located in Urbana-Champaign Area. Being a smaller firm, our team supports each other's pursuits in many ways. Some of the responsibilities you encounter might include:

· Participate in all phases of design and planning
· Research product data and materials
· Complete site, foundation, and floor plans; elevations; sections; and schedules for smaller buildings
· Translate sketched details, sections, and notes into working drawing sets
· Assist in developing near-complete site and floor plans for larger buildings
· Design construction details for simple, small-scale projects
· Provide limited site observation and support construction administration tasks
· Collaborate effectively as part of a team
· Self-directed Revit input and checking
· Perform word processing and documentation tasks
· Work within rendering software as needed
· Review shop drawings under close supervision
· Support various additional tasks as assigned by senior staff

Qualifications

🔹 6+ years of combined education & experience
🔹 Able to detail small to medium projects independently
🔹 Strong communication skills
🔹 Pursuing licensure is a plus!

TEAM LEADER

Reifsteck Wakefield Fanning & Company (RWF) is looking for a creative and motivated Team Leader. This is a full-time on-site role located in Urbana-Champaign Area. Team Leaders are responsible for leading the team creating detailed construction drawings and developing innovative architectural designs as well as creating specifications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, managing project phases, and ensuring designs meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
