TEAM LEADER

Reifsteck Wakefield Fanning & Company (RWF) is looking for a creative and motivated Team Leader. This is a full-time on-site role located in Urbana-Champaign Area. Team Leaders are responsible for leading the team creating detailed construction drawings and developing innovative architectural designs as well as creating specifications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, managing project phases, and ensuring designs meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

🔹 12+ years of combined education & experience OR a Master of Architecture + 5 years’ office experience
🔹 Able to manage small to medium projects independently
🔹 Strong delegation & communication skills
🔹 Pursuing licensure is a plus!
