Spaces | Marine Bank

Marine Bank contracted with Reifsteck Wakefield Fanning to modernize and update the existing branch bank’s exterior. The original building was a former fast food restaurant and some exterior work had been completed in the 1980’s when the facility became a bank. 

Conceptually we gave the building more identify from Neil Street, a major arterial street through the city and gave presence to the building entrance, which previously had a back-door feel. We added and replaced windows with integrated awnings and trim to update the façades.
