Elsa earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She began her career at RWF in 2012 and has since grown into her role as a licensed architect and firm owner, bringing more than a decade of experience to a wide range of projects.

Elsa’s passion for architecture stems from the opportunity to connect with people and understand the unique ways they interact with and experience spaces. She brings this perspective to every project, using creativity and thoughtful problem-solving to develop design solutions that are both functional and meaningful. For Elsa, each design challenge is an opportunity to create spaces that make a lasting, positive impact on the people who use them.
