Spaces | Capen Auditorium

Reifsteck Wakefield Fanning was commissioned by Illinois State University to renovate Capen Auditorium. The auditorium is located in historic Edwards Hall and had not seen many updates since the building was built in the 1920s. RWF provided life and safety improvements along with repainting the space, stage modifications, and replacement of carpet, acoustical curtains and window panel. The carpeting and seats were also updated. Audiovisual consultants were used to create a better sound environment for lectures.
