Reifsteck Wakefield Fanning was retained by the University of Illinois to complete multiple projects for the Department of Food Science & Human Nutrition, Hospitality Program. Projects included interior renovation of the Spice Box Dining Room, remodeling of food laboratories, kitchen renovation, and upgrades to corridors and elevator to achieve continuity with adjacent renovated spaces.
