Tim Mooney Ford, a staple in the Tuscola community since 1988, selected Reifsteck Wakefield Fanning to provide both architectural and construction management services for improvements to their existing dealership. The initial work included a needs assessment and budget cost estimating. After some time, our work was eventually expanded to include architectural/engineering services for the construction.

The project consisted of demolition of the existing showroom, construction of a new showroom/sales offices and renovations to the service area. With our construction management services, our team was on-site frequently to manage the construction process and address any job-site challenges.

This renovation provides the dealership with the new state-of-the-art look that Ford is incorporating into all their dealerships.
